Winnerlab.ai provides a competitive intelligence platform that monitors publicly available information from stores, including:

• Real-time sales velocity tracking
• Sales velocity analytics
• Product discovery and trend identification
• Revenue estimation based on publicly available data
• Multi-store performance comparison

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription tiers with different features and store monitoring limits. Current plans include:

• Starter: Monitor up to 5 stores
• Advanced: Monitor up to 20 stores
• Premium: Monitor up to 100 stores

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We use Paddle for payment processing
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees

4.3 Price Changes

We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

4.4 Free Trials

Free trial periods, if offered, are subject to these Terms. We may require payment information before starting a trial.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use our service for legitimate competitive research and business intelligence purposes.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

8. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.

• Your payment fails or account is past due

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We do not guarantee that:

9.3 Limitation of Liability
